You can complete Aadhar enrollment process through your local BDO office. As your address and indentify proof, you can carry Voter ID, Pan Card, Ration Card, Driving License, etc. They will include all demographic and biometric information in your Aadhar Card. The whole process is conducted by UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) in close association with State Governments and other partners committed to delivering Aadhaar to Indian residents. To achieve this, UIDAI has signed many MoU (Memorandum of Understanding).

To apply for an AADHAAR card, you need to furnish two things- 1 identity and 1 address proof. You can get a scan copy of these documents to send them at the time of applying for an AADHAAR card online.

If you go to apply from your Aadhaar enrolment centre, you can get free AADHAAR card application form there. To make the process expeditious, you can download the form and get a Xerox copy of it. Fill it up and submit at your centre.

Verification of Demographic Information
When you are going to get it through your local BDO office, you can get in two steps. Day first is for the name enlistment and demographic information verification and biometric identification. In the demographic part, they will verify your all furnished documents and include the detailed study of report of your birth, income, phone, email, etc.
For your biometric identification, they will take the fingerprints of your 10 fingers. Then they will record your Iris (2) and Face information for future identification and verification. Once the process is done, they will record all data and send directly to UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) to keep it in their centralized database for the identity verification of every Indian.
The government can fetch these data from their centralized database- when they will be requiring for the details of a person for proving him or her with any service and benefits. Planning commission can check these data for offering the benefits of various public welfare schemes.
